Earlobe Repair

Torn, uneven or elongated earlobes are very common problems associated with wearing earrings. Oftentimes the longtime use of heavy earrings can cause the pierced site to stretch, thinning the tissue of the earlobe and making it prone to tearing.  Torn earlobes can easily be repaired in the office under local anesthesia with an excellent cosmetic result.

Can you repair my gauge earring site?

The popularity of gauge piercings (incremental stretching of the piercing site) has left many people with stretched and damaged earlobes after the gauge piercing is removed.  The good news is that they can be repaired with an excellent result! Dr. Wudel excises the stretched tissue and recreates a more natural appearing earlobe from the remnant tissue.
